Wide and enveloping, the aromas range from ripe fruit to fresh flowers, up to notes of vanilla and pastry. In the mouth it is savory and complete, fresh and vibrant, decidedly coherent on an aromatic level. Long and harmonious finish.

Whether you drink it as an aperitif or during a meal, it will accompany numerous fish-based preparations. Crostini with smoked salmon or pasta with lobster sauce.
