It has citric scents and mature apple notes, that recall the famous Champagne. On the nose floral hints, yellow peach, grapefruit and citron. On the palate is fresh and well balanced, with a herbal finish.
Excellent as an aperitif, accompanied by battered vegetables, cold pasta, fried fish, fish courses and fresh cheeses.
